Fever for Business (F4B) is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contribute to the growth of our department.

The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating outbound leads, and supporting the Account Managers (AMs) in expanding our client base.


Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients within the target marketUtilize various channels for lead generation, including email campaigns, Apollo sequences, social media, online platforms, and industry eventsCollaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies

Outbound Sales:
Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channelsQualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them on to AMs for further engagementWork closely with AMs to understand target accounts and tailor outreach strategies

Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM systemProvide regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion ratesCollaboration:Collaborate with the F4B Ops team to understand tools and technologies that enhance efficiencyCommunicate effectively with AMs for a seamless transition of qualified leadsTraining and Development:Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance knowledge of Fever's productsStay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

About You:
At least 1 year experience in a sales development or similar role (B2B)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and geographically distributed team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
