- Organizar el release train dentro de un gran programa de transformación digital
- Coordinar el delivery de los distintos equipos dentro del programa de transformación
- Coordinar las reuniones de planificación
- Elaborar los planes de despliegues de funcionalidades complejas en los que intervienen distintos equipos
- Coordinar a los distintos departamentos, operaciones, QA y desarrollo de cara a asegurar el despliegue en producción
SKILLS:
- Conocimientos de SAFe
- Herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Jira
- Experiencia coordinando equipos de 20 desarrolladores
- Uso de la suite ELK y configuración de Grafana
- Monitorización con Prometheus o Jaeger
