Misión del puesto:
Bajo la supervisión del Director/a General del hotel, serás el responsable del mantenimiento de los activos de la compañía, del cumplimiento de las obligaciones técnico-legales, del cumplimiento de presupuestos de Mantenimiento y Energía y del PAI Riesgos y SAVE, para la unidad de negocio a la que perteneces.
¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?
- Detectar, consolidar y analizar necesidades y oportunidades en el hotel bajo su responsabilidad en cuanto a la función de Servicios Técnicos, dando posteriormente feed back tanto al GM como a Technical Services Partner.
- Junto con el GM, es responsable del seguimiento y control de las normas técnicolegales de aplicación a las instalaciones y a los edificios, APPCC (Análisis de Peligros y Puntos de Control Críticos), la actuación como Recurso Preventivo de las actividades de riesgo de su ámbito de aplicación, velar por la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST) de su personal y mantener actualizada e implantada la adecuada coordinación con empresas externas en materia de SST.
- Coordinar los equipos del hotel y proporciona instrucciones para la realización de las actividades contenidas en el Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo.
- Asignar y priorizar las tareas de mantenimiento correctivo, proporcionando las instrucciones necesarias para su ejecución.
- Analizar y realizar seguimiento diario de los principales indicadores energéticos y medioambientales del hotel, promoviendo acciones para su mejora continua.
- Controlar los Stocks de Materiales en el hotel.
- Participar en la elaboración del presupuesto de su departamento según las pautas que hayan sido establecidas. Velar por el cumplimiento del mismo.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de los objetivos económicos de su departamento y es conocedor de los objetivos económicos del hotel, así como su cumplimiento. Trasmitir la información de forma clara a su equipo.
- Es el responsable de todos los pedidos, tanto de compra de materiales como de contratación de servicios, para su departamento, así como la realización y confirmación de los mismos, según el procedimiento establecido.
- Revisar anualmente el plan formativo con la Dirección del hotel y área de HR, para proponer acciones formativas en base a las necesidades del equipo.
- Identificar el personal con alto potencial, así como participar activamente en el desarrollo de su equipo y del personal en prácticas (si aplica).
- Realizar la evaluación del desempeño de su equipo.
- Conocer y analizar los resultados de clima laboral de su departamento. Diseñar junto al equipo los planes de acción e implantarlos, asi como asegurar la participación en el periodo de medición.
- Planificar turnos de trabajo, control de ausencias, así como promover el uso del periodo vacacional por parte de los miembros del equipo.
- Conocer la filosofía de la Marca, asegurando una óptima implementación de los estándares, manuales operativos y de identidad que aplican a su departamento.
- Asegurar la veracidad de la información reportada relacionada con la gestión de consumos energéticos e hídricos a través de las herramientas disponibles.
- Conocer el plan de evacuación del Hotel.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de los Procedimientos e Instrucciones en materia de salud y seguridad en el trabajo
