We are looking for a
Semi Senior KYC Analyst to join our Onborading department to help the team onboard new merchants and provide support to the business to comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
If you are detail oriented, curious, and want to be part of a growing Fintech and challenging experience, this is your place.
How your day to day would look like...
- Conduct KYC onboarding of merchants, reviewing client documentation/information.
- Compliance with regulations and attainment of clientspecific processing requirements.
- Conduct PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons) screening and adverse media checks.
- Review and analyze onboarding of merchants utilizing internal and external systems and tools.
- Prepare external reports/regulatory filings.
- Recommend improvements to onboarding processes, merchant risk assessment, and review/investigation routines to improve detection.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, and background as KYC & onboarding of merchants.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
- Banking or Fintech experience is a must.
- Specific training in
Financial Crime:
AML, Sanctions, AB&C and/or Fraud are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English. Italian, French or Portuguese is a plus.
