SENSIA Solutions is a leading infrared (IR) imaging company that designs, manufactures and sells AI-based cameras for the detection and quantification of gases and flame detection, primarily. Our technology covers industrial, environmental, safety and security applications. We are currently looking for a profile to join our Operations Team.

What will be your responsibilities?

Materials Requirement Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive plan aligning material requirements with production schedules.Procurement: Procure materials from suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and proactively reorder supplies to avoid production disruptions.Forecasting: Collaborate with manufacturing to forecast material needs based on production targets and market trends.Data Management: Ensure product data information in the ERP is complete and accurate.Risk Mitigation: Analyze and mitigate risks in the supply chain, ensuring contingency plans are in place.Reporting: Generate data-driven reports for management review.Other related activities:
  1. Support the industrialization of SENSIA products.
  2. Support the manufacturing processes to ensure a high-quality production.What we are looking for?

    Education:

  3. Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, industrial Organization or similar studies)Experience & Knowledge:
  4. 0-2 years of experience in any of the following fields would be a plus.
  5. Materials planning, procurement.
  6. Supply chain management.
  7. Quality in manufacturing operations.
  8. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  9. MS Office Suite.
  10. English: B2.Soft skills:
  11. Communication and negotiation skills.
  12. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  13. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.What we offer you?
