Was dich bei uns erwartet:

- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden kümmerst dich um alle (technischen) Anliegen sowie After-Sales Fragen via Chat, E-Mail und Telefon
- Mit deinem ausgeprägten Gespür für Kunden-Anliegen managest Du zielgerichtet und serviceorientiert Anfragen und Reklamationen
- Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und anderen Fachabteilungen wie Customer Success Management, Sales, und dem Product Team
- Du dokumentierst alle relevanten Informationen in unserem CRM System und trackst deine eigenen KPIs
- Du übernimmst eigenständig Projekte im Customer Care Bereich und unterstützt bei der Optimierung unserer internen Prozesse
- Unsere Mission - das Gesundheitswesen menschlicher zu gestalten - lebst du zu 100% und kennst alle unsere Produkte bis zum letzten Programmpunkt auswendig

**Qualifikationen**

- Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und kannst auch auf Englisch fließend kommunizieren
- Du bist sehr enthusiastisch, energiegeladen und überträgst diese Energie auf den Umgang mit unseren Kunden
- Auch in hitzigen Situationen behältst du immer einen kühlen Kopf
- Du fühlst dich in einem schnellen, dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld wohl und Selbstständigkeit zeichnet deine Arbeitsweise aus
