Role Overview- If you have experience as a Nurse, Pharmacist, Site Coordinator, or in a life science/pharma/CRO field, take the opportunity to kickstart your CRA career at one of the world's leading global CROs. This role is available in Madrid, Barcelona, Andalucia, and Galicia.
In this role, you will:
- Monitor investigator sites using a risk-based approach.
- Ensure data accuracy through various review processes.
- Conduct on-site and remote monitoring activities.
- Escalate observed deficiencies and issues for timely resolution.
- Participate in investigator meetings and trial closeouts.
- Ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.
- Provide regular updates to the team on trial progress.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Respond to audit requirements and maintain administrative tasks.
- Contribute to project improvement initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field or relevant certification.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare environment.
- Experience in a therapeutic area for at least 2 years.
- Alternatively, 18+ months of clinical research experience in specified roles.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet project timelines.
- Proficiency in relevant software and languages.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
