What you will do:

  • You will manage the customer admission process for all departments
  • You will assess the creditworthiness of existing or potential customers
  • You will review the portfolio in order to anticipate future defaults or nonpayments
  • You will work closely with all departments in order to solve customer difficulties
  • You will manage relationships with our call center and give them instructions regarding the collection process
  • You will coordinate Invoicing, Treasury and Accounting departments

What you bring and who you are:

  • You have a Bachelor ́s Degree in Business Management and Administration or similar
  • You have good Excel knowledge
  • You are fluent in English
  • You own an innovative thinking
  • You are a resultorientated person with good communication skills
