We are hiring a HR Handling Coordinator who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.
What you will do:
Be the point of contact for HR Handling employees (labor law compliance, contracts, paid and unpaid leaves, documents, etc.).
Be responsible for the daily requests and HR tickets related with the handling personnel.
Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, fostering a positive environment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (seniority documents and categories).
Control and update HR databases such as Succesfactors.
Organize and participate in different HR events and meetings.
Coordination between handling employees and the Health and Safety Specialist.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal, Human Resources, or a related field.
Have 3+ уears experience in employee relations, especially in the Handling sector.
Have knowledge of employment and Spanish labor law.
Proactive, goal-oriented with positive attitude.
Highly motivated with keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills.
Availability to travel 2-3 days per month to our Spanish bases
Fluent English
