What you'll be getting up to

:

• Working with the Solution Architects in recommending and building new solutions. Working with key business stakeholders to understand the problems that need to be addressed.
• Performing analysis of current programs including performance diagnosis and troubleshooting of issues.
• Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems.
• Analyse system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for team.
• Displays analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a highpressure environment.
• Ability to work both independently and in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
• Able to communicate effectively with nontechnical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
• The role requires being available for on call support as required.

While being a somewhat big company, we're split into small teams which means that even though we each have our areas of expertise, we all wear many hats.

We're looking for a programmer, but you'd also help out with things like:

• Writing and improving the documentation for the products and tools we make Helping customer support answer customer questions.
• Maintaining the ownership of our product, and assisting in troubleshooting production incidents.

List of skills and requirements we think you need

:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related technical field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• A strong proficiency in the following technologies, including but not limited to: JavaScript, Typescript, React, , knowledge, NPM or Yarn, Git, Linux, Bash, SSH, HTTP and REST, Docker, OOP, design pattern, Redis, Redux.
• Good Caching: cache replication, TTL, poisoning, hit and miss, debugging.
• Advanced in asynchronous data fetching mechanisms.
• Proficient in composing complex React components, using hooks React testing with react testing library.
• Excellent command of the English language
• Written & Spoken.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Collaborative team player.
• Highly organised with a strong ability to prioritise across multiple projects.
• Experience with Agile methodology and tools like Jira.
