  • Funciones
  • En su rol como gerente de tienda, actúa como un modelo a seguir inspirador al liderar y entrenar a los miembros de su equipo en el logro de los KPI con un impulso incansable para cumplir excelente servicio al cliente
  • Responsable de impulsar al equipo para lograr los objetivos de rendimiento de la ubicación y KPI y definir planes de acción para el logro de objetivos a corto y largo plazo.
  • Coaching, desarrollo y evaluación del equipo.
  • Contratación eficaz y planificación de la sucesión, así como creación de redes.
  • Implementar y mantener una mentalidad centrada en el cliente para construir una base de clientes leales
  • Impulsar el uso de todas las herramientas disponibles y garantizar que se ejecuten los procedimientos y las políticas seguidas.
  • Construir y mantener el conocimiento de nuestros competidores y mercados locales al compartir cualesquiera hallazgos relevantes con su Gerente de Área y equipo minorista.

Who are we looking for?:

  • Experiência previa en un puesto de RETAIL STORE MANAGER en ECI de marca premium de moda têxtil similar de 3 a 5 años
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de personas para liderar, motivar, capacitar y desarrollar el equipo a través de una gestión activa
  • Capacidad de ser flexible y adaptable a las necesidades del negocio
  • Demostrar una gran perspicacia comercial y conocimiento de la marca
  • Voluntad de aprender y desarrollarse constantemente
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en todos los níveles, tanto escritas como verbales
  • Experiência en creación de redes y relaciones
