Artelier is a leading Art Consultancy. Working internationally, the company's portfolio of projects includes public art, private collections, yachts, developments and luxury hotels.Artelier is seeking a part-time bookkeeper based in the Granada area to work 5 hours a week and perform the following tasks:
- Logging purchase invoices and maintaining records of financial transactions
- Preparing information for VAT returns
- Logging credit card statements
- Managing staff timesheets
- General budgeting and financial assistance
Key skills and experience required:
- Degree level qualification
- Previous bookkeeping experience essential minimum 5 years
- Experience with Excel and accounting software, for example
- Xero, Quickbooks, Sage etc
Salary: 15.00€ per hour
