Position Summary.

We are looking for an Online Accounts Specialist to drive our global strategy on how we build and evolve relationships with online accounts to support Camper's Digital Brand and business vision.

Next to , Online accounts play a central part in our strategic focus to drive online channels as a one, integrated marketplace for Camper products and brand.

This role is crucial as OA is one of the key growth drivers for Camper and will involve managing some of the world's biggest online players (Amazon, Zalando, ECI, etc. ).

This position is part of our Wholesale team based in our headquarters in Mallorca, Spain and reports to the Online Accounts Senior Manager.

Responsibilities.

Product – Prepare the seasonal product assortment for the assigned marketplaces and work on all required steps to ensure a smooth publication on time.

OA Specialist will have to proactively monitor errors that block product publication and work with the integrator to correct them accordingly.

Commercial calendar – Be up to date with all promotional sales taking places within the marketplaces to support building the commercial campaign plan.

Upload promotional prices and monitor its correct publication onsite within the highlighted product landing pages. Marketing & content – Support with the execution of Marketing campaigns and monitor results against KPI's. Create and update account brand stores in alignment with Camper brand seasonal stories and each account positioning. Partner up with Camper's content team and external agencies to brief and manage production of OA digital assets. Consumer experience – Understand consumer journey within the digital marketplace to provide insights to increase Camper's product discoverability.

Online Account business support - Within the Camper online accounts global strategy, support online accounts business globally, both for sell-in and for digital marketplaces.

Performance analysis - track sell in and sell out results of the most important OA, downloading figures from SAP. Track special commercial initiatives results and be proactive in proposing solutions and new implementations. Required.

Degree in Business, Marketing or similar 1 year of experience in Digital and E-commerce environment, consumer-centric companies, retailers or digital agencies.

Advanced operational skills, data analysis, online KPI's knowledge. Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite required (Excel, Word, Ppt). Digital Marketing knowledge and experience desired. Ability to collaborate effectively with other functions, departments, and external stakeholders. Advanced English communication skills (oral and written), Spanish is welcome.
