HR Generalist Trainee


En AC Hotel Barcelona Forum estamos buscando un HR Generalist Trainee que quiera formar parte de un departamento de RRHH.




¿Que esperamos de ti?

  • Ayudar con la selección de personal y vacantes de prácticas tanto en la apertura de la vacante, la criba curricular como las entrevistas competenciales.
  • Asistir a ferias de empleo
  • Realización del Onboarding
  • Creación de las altas y procesamiento del contrato
  • Ayudar en la gestión de las formaciones de los empleados y el control del coste
  • Seguimiento de las formaciones de PRL
  • Ayuda en los planes de desarrollo de los empleados
  • Soporte en la redacción de procedimientos internos
  • Soporte en el análisis de offboarding y control de la rotación
  • Gestionar las bajas de los empelados y practicas del hotel

Conocimientos:

  • Estudios en Turismo, Hotelería, ADE, Psicología, Sociología etc
  • Nível profesional inglés (> B1)

Requisitos:

  • Estudios en Turismo, Hotelería, ADE, Psicología, Sociología etc
  • Nível profesional inglés (> B1)
  • Poder firmar un convenio de prácticas de tener de 6 meses a jornada completa
