QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO


Como
Oversight Data Management & Governance Analyst , tu objetivo será ejecutar los procesos/tareas BAU con un perfil específico y especializado en User Access Management and Profiling aplicando conocimientos tanto técnicos como funcionales muy concretos sobre tareas delegadas por parte del Cliente, teniendo como objetivo en base a funcionalidad y a la clasificación de los datos de las aplicaciones hacer que la Tecnología sea robusta y ser un elemento fundamental en la gestión de Riesgos.

Formando parte de todas las fases del ciclo del Dato (Data creations, Store, Usage, Archival, Destruction).


Adicionalmente, se automatizarán procesos relacionados con el flujo de User Access Management, haciendo uso de herramientas como Python y Visual Basic como reporte de KPI's y SLA's de Nível de Servicio.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

  • Tareas BAU de Systems Administration (parametrización seguridad/sistemas, User Access Management and Profiling).
  • Soporte incidencias operativas/funcionales de cara a una posterior resolución por Tecnología, ajustes a procesos o por acciones del área de negocio.
  • Soporte técnico al control del proceso de User Access Management con una gran apreciación del ciclo integral del control de acceso de los usuarios: roles, identidad y gestión de acceso a los datos, flujo de trabajo, políticas e informes y matriz de perfilado
  • Garantizar la atención al cliente con el objetivo de cumplir con el nível de servicio establecido.
  • Capacidad de análisis y resolución.
  • Elaboración de documentación de manual de usuario.
  • Identificar y garantizar una óptima gestión de los riesgos y controles del proyecto.
  • Asegurarse de que los procesos se están llevando a cabo según las normativas vigentes y los estándares reconocidos.
  • Conocer los procesos del negocio de la Empresa y mantener las mejores prácticas.
  • Automatizar tareas llevadas a cabo en el departamento de acuerdo con los procesos establecidos.
  • Creación de reportes e informes de actividad y análisis del Nível de Servicio.

EXPERIENCIA

  • 12 Años mínimos de experiência en campos relevantes

EDUCACIÓN

  • Licenciatura/Diplomatura o módulo Formación Profesional de Técnico Superior en Sistemas Telecomunicaciones e Informáticos.
HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS

  • Idiomas: Inglés fluido tanto hablado como escrito.
  • Informática: Programación Python, VisualBasic.
  • Office: Nível avanzado en paquete Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint...)
  • Visual Basic para Excel
  • Otros: Conocimiento de Directorio Activo, LDAP
  • Python: librerías de datos como Pandas
