Nuestro cliente es una multinacional de artículos de gran consumo que busca incorporar a un/a Marketing Assistant para sus oficinas ubicadas en Barcelona.

Serás responsable de apoyar al departamento de marketing a la hora de implementar una adecuada estrategia de marketing, con el fin de garantizar las ventas, gestionando las necesidades de producto desde su desarrollo hasta los resultados de venta.


Responsabilidades:

  • Apoyo en las tareas administrativas propias del departamento de Planificación y ejecución de estrategias de marketing para garantizar las ventas planificadas así como la captación de nuevos nichos de mercado.
  • Controlar la Mejora de la rotación en el punto de venta, impulsar y acelerar las ventas mediante la planificación y coordinación de promociones, desarrollar el merchandising.
  • Apoyo en los trabajos de Investigación de Mercado ( Producto, Consumidor y Distribuidor)
  • Coordinación con los PM en relación al Diseño de material promocional y de apoyo (catálogos, muestrarios, etc) para los diferentes puntos de ventas
  • Atención a clientes especiales.
  • Documentar y mantener los archivos de packaging (bases, cartelas, etiquetas, cajas de embalaje, etc.
  • Normativas de Packaging por país: documentación que recoge todos los requerimientos especiales de cliente.
  • Solicitar y coordinar las adaptaciones de packaging actual a fin de que cumplan con los requisitos de clientes (etiquetas, adaptación de cartelas, etc.). Esto implica interactuar con los Area Managers, atención cliente export, I+D, compras, grabaciones y la agencia de publicidad.
  • Crear y mantener las referencias de producto con las listas de materiales correctas. Estas referencias son las que atención al cliente copiará para dar de alta nuevas referencias.
  • Crear nuevas fichas de producto: descripción total de cada referencia. Esta es la información que utilizan las fabricas para producir el producto requerido.
  • Coordinación de fotografías, impresiones para obtener las láminas así como otros materiales de material de apoyo a ventas, así como archivarlas en la red y CD.
  • Mantener actualizadas las fotografías y BAT ́s en la red.
  • Series: Adaptación de grabados existentes a distintos modelos de encendedores, así como desarrollo de nuevos modelos.
  • Mantener la WEB actualizada con las últimas novedades.
  • Preparar la documentación y efectuar el seguimiento de homologación de muestras, y maquetas.
  • Soporte en búsqueda de material promocional, preparación de presentaciones, etc.

Perfil buscado:

  • Experiência de 1 o 2 años en posiciones similares.
  • Formación universitaria, preferiblemente en Márketing o ADE.

  • Orientación a negocio y manejo de relaciones interpersonales.
