NEBEUS is seeking The Chief of Finance (CFO) to take charge of the financial responsibilities for our company subsidiary. This includes managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, risk management, and compliance.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for all financial accounting and reporting, procedures and internal control.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Responsible for overall supervision of Payroll, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Accounting and Manager information functions of the Finance Dept.
  • Responsible for the company's relationship with state tax authorities.

· Supervise the preparation of all financial regulatory reports.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.
  • Attend EXCO meetings and present the current financial situation. Also, attend the meetings of and report to the Board of Directors or to representatives of investors.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting and disclosures.
  • Responsible for expenses and income structure building, financial structure development.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing finance organization that supports the company's growth and objectives

Who You Are & What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficient in English, with additional languages being a plus.
  • Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
