Key Languages:

  • Nivel nativo de Español
  • Dominio de otra lengua será valorado (Inglés)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Activar tu comunidad ofreciendo experiencias excepcionales
  • Convertir tu círculo social en tus mejores clientes
  • Ejecutar pruebas y préstamos de producto con seguimiento para asegurar una venta de alta calidad
  • Fidelizar clientes y generar lealtad a la marca
  • Construir relaciones duraderas con los clientes
  • Colabora con otros departamentos para diseñar estrategias de crecimiento
  • Orientar el trabajo hacia una calidad en ventas, conversión y NPS

Core Skills/experience:

  • Se requiere tener bachillerato o grado medio
  • Considerable tener una carrera universitaria
  • Experiencia en ventas directas y fidelización de clientes
  • Capacidad para planificar y gestionar tu propia ruta de visitas
  • Habilidad analítica y organizativa para manejar eficazmente la carga de trabajo
  • Fuertes aptitudes comerciales, buscando nuevas oportunidades y estrategias
  • Comprometido y dedicado al éxito del equipo y la empresa
  • Capacidad de transmitir entusiasmo y compromiso con tus habilidades comunicativas
  • Comunicador apasionado, capaz de transmitir entusiasmo y compromiso
  • Buenas competencias tecnológicas
  • Familiaridad con la localización del trabajo
