En Plenoil, empresa referente en el sector de hidrocarburos, nos dedicamos a la expansión y gestión de estaciones de servicio automatizadas, y en estos momentos nos encontramos inmersos en un gran proceso de crecimiento y expansión, lo que nos lleva a la selección de una persona en el área de Operaciones que quiera formar parte de este apasionante proyecto.
Buscamos una persona con DOMICILIO en BURGOS o VALLADOLID para asumir la gestión de una red 15-20 estaciones de servicio distribuidas por la REGIÓN NORTE (Castilla y León, Navarra, País Vasco, Cantabria).
Es una posición que exigirá una dedicación importante de desplazamientos por la red de puntos de venta que estarán bajo su gestión (70%-80% del tiempo).
La persona que ocupe la posición será una persona con gran capacidad de gestión, organización del trabajo, liderazgo de las personas y alto nível de compromiso y responsabilidad.
Sus principales FUNCIONES serán:
- Gestión de equipos: selección, formación, y motivación de los equipos de las diferentes estaciones de servicio enfocados en la orientación al cliente.
- Responsable de la gestión, coordinación y optimización de los centros a cargo.
- Garantizar y supervisar que en las estaciones de servicio se cumplen con los procesos de trabajo definidos por la organización.
- Supervisión de stocks y soporte de la gestión administrativa de la red estaciones que estarán bajo tu ámbito de gestión.
- Garantizar la puesta a punto de las estaciones de servicio que gestiona, para ofrecer un servicio al cliente de la máxima calidad.
- Capacidad de resolución de las incidencias que se produzcan en la estación, así como orientar a los equipos a la resolución de las mismas.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de las medidas de seguridad y prevención en las diferentes estaciones de servicio.
- Seguimiento de las ventas, planes de acción puestos en marcha y análisis de la competencia.

OFRECEMOS:
- Contratación INDEFINIDA, con una retribución inicial de 30.000€ brutos/anuales que irá creciendo en consonancia al crecimiento de nuestro proyecto y de su contribución al mismo.

Requisitos:
Experiência de al menos 3 años como Area Manager/responsable de operaciones, gestionando equipos, preferiblemente en el sector Retail.
Domicilio en VALLADOLID o en BURGOS.
