We are searching for a Senior Tech Lead Release Manager to join our team in the IT Marketing, Sales, and eBusiness Department (MSE).

The role:

In order to strengthen our Direct to Consumers, Ecommerce Department, we are currently in need of a Release Manager - eCommerce Platform (Nescafé Dolce Gusto).

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Release Manager to contribute to improving our eCommerce platform for Nescafé Dolce Gusto.

As the Release Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure the successful deployment and release of our Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform on AWS, across multiple countries.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define release scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive release plan
  • Coordinate release activities
  • Oversee the execution of release activities
  • Drive CI/CD improvements aiming to automate deployment processes
  • Implement and enforce change management processes
  • Ensure proper documentation and communication of changes
  • Establish and maintain release governance processes
  • Monitor and report on release progress
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Identify areas for process improvement and automation
  • Stay up to date with industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience as a Release Manager in an eCommerce environment
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Commerce (Magento) and AWS
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Experience working with development agencies is a plus
