Responsibilities

- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance tasks according to the established schedule to ensure the proper functioning of production equipment.

- Efficiently execute corrective maintenance work, format changes, and process adjustments while adhering to internal procedures. Document all actions taken based on current procedures and guidelines (e.g., logbook, MAXIMO).

  • Carry out calibration activities according to the plant's calibration program, following approved procedures and training.
  • Participate in maintenance-related investigations to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective/preventive measures.
  • Act as a technical reference in the department, supporting investments, continuous improvement projects, process optimization, and innovation initiatives, as well as assisting other departments.
  • Operate and maintain machinery and production facilities as per plant requirements.
  • Supervise external contractors' maintenance work to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Adhere to Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards, minimizing waste and performing necessary cleaning and maintenance duties across all plant areas.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Required Education: FP-11 or Higher Technician in Electromechanics (Industrial Maintenance) or equivalent
  • Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role in the pharmaceutical or related sectors.


Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics
  • Proficiency in using machinery and tools
  • Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints and sketch parts
  • Solid knowledge of electronics, industrial automation, and PLCs


Preferred Skills:

  • Intermediate level of English and proficiency in using computer software (Office package)
  • Experience with maintenance management software systems
