Specifically, the Program Analyst will provide specialist support in the areas below:
Project management:
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of disability and neuroinclusion initiatives globally.
- Support the development of countryspecific plans to boost disability representation in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure projects meet timelines and goals.
- Provide support to launching, managing and scaling accessibility solutions
- People with disabilities Legislation Compliance
- Ensure that compliance related activities are timely completed and tracked in accordance with statutory provisions and internal policies
- Analytics, Reporting & automation:
- Conduct data analysis to track the progress and impact of disability and neuroinclusion programs leveraging internal tool i.e. Org62 Dashboard, Tableau
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on key metrics to communicate program success and areas for improvement.
- Identify automation opportunities using internal workflow (Slack)
- Supporting Employees with Disabilities at Scale:
- Operationally manage the ticketing process for accessibility solutions and access layers, ensuring flawless customer service and timely completion in accordance with predefined SLAs.
Procurement and Vendor Management:
- Manage procurement activities related to contracts with vendors for disability and inclusion programs.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Enablement:
- Contribute to scoping, design, and administrative support for disability inclusion training programs and workshops, including tracking participation and outcomes using internal resources (ACT, EPOCH, Perceptyx, etc.).
Role Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field.
-
1-2 years of experience in project management related to diversity and inclusion within a corporate environment.

Proficient analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.

Basic understanding and experience with procurement processes and vendor management.

Good grasp of of local legislations and willingness to learn and stay abreast of developments;

Agility to develop partnership with third-party organizations related to disability and neurodiversity

Prior experience or passion for instructional Design with the ability to create engaging and effective training materials tailored to diverse learning needs and styles.
