Components including missing parts and logistics distribution: potential

availability, Transfer Protocol and unexpected Missing Part.

  • Parasitic flow coordination with other departments: non conformity, over delivery, good
issue error, loss of parts, cannibalizations.

  • Coordination of outstanding works: Manage outstanding works logistics flows, Manage
Work Order internal/external transfer of responsibility.

  • Close collaboration with production to anticipate needs and avoid coverage issues.
  • Focal point in the workshop for logistic distribution, triggering speed ups or animating
litigations.

  • KANBAN mgmt. monitoring, including obsolescence management.

Professional experience

  • 23 years experience in aeronautical or automotive industrial operations (production / production
control)

  • Engineering or Logistics Degree
