Tareas administrativas:

  • Recepción y gestión de facturas y albaranes. Verificar coincidencia entre pedido, albarán y factura con las recepciones de la mercancía o prestaciones de servicios, para su introducción en el sistema.
  • Gestión de reclamaciones de proveedores.
  • Recopilación y archivo de documentación.
  • Realización de tareas administrativas del departamento.

Tareas de recepción:

  • Atención de la centralita telefónica, recepción de llamadas y desvío de las mismas.
  • Recepción de visitantes (reserva de salas, catering, etc.).
  • Recepción y distribución de correo.
  • Gestión y compra de material de oficina.
  • Control y reserva de viajes.
Se requiere un buen nível de inglés y manejo de sistemas informáticos de gestión.

Se precisa realizar las funciones de su puesto atendiendo a los criterios comportamentales establecidos por la Compañía
