Demand Planner

Role description:

This position will be a full-time, on-site position in the Wynwood area as a Demand Planner.

This role will provide will be responsible for the day-to-day management of inventory levels, ensuring that supply meets demand as efficiently as possible.

Will need to work collaboratively with the rest of the team to adjust plans based on real time sales data, inventory turnover rates and lead times.

Key responsibilities and qualifications:

• Develop and propose a systematic approach to demand forecasting based on historical sales trends and projected growth.
• Ensure good inventory quality and propose improvement actions in each store of the chain.
• Prepare and present purchasing proposals to meet forecasted demand.
• Follow up in order to ensure compliance with the deadlines for receipt of purchase orders placed.
• Ensure that the products to be imported and/or exported have the legal registrations required by each store in the chain in advance.
• Execute a specific supply control for launches.
• Ensure the correct supply of products in due time and form to each store of the chain.

Position requirements:

• Education in Logistics, Engineering, Administration or similar.

- +2 years experience in similar positions.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Advanced Excel.
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI (desirable).
• English Level C1 (required).
• Retail experience (desirable).
• Resolutive capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Work hours and location:

Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
