Our goal is simple:
to ensure patients continue to receive the medicine they need, when and where they need it.
In Spain, our Palafolls site produces the API that is required for such global reach. We're now hiring for a key role in the site, the QC & AST Microbiology Head.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Reviewing microbiologic analytical results for both raw material and finished product.
  • Release of raw materials.
  • Guarantee that the operations in the QC laboratory are performed according to the Sandoz Quality Manual, and being follow GMP regulations.
  • Coordinating the equipment and teams working in the lab according to the specific planning.
  • Providing technical guidance to the laboratory analysts.
  • Overseeing and ensuring the AST tasks are completed.

Requisitos del rol

What you'll bring to the role:
University degree in Biology, Biotechnology or Pharmacy is required.
Fluent English & Spanish.
5 years' experience in Microbiology laboratory analysis for QC.
Experience working with GMP, GxP and AST.
Team leadership experience will be highly valued.
