Tendrá como objetivo asegurar la disponibilidad de producto en la web colaborando con el equipo de demand planners y con el equipo de ventas de la web.
Apoyo en la realización de informes de las diferentes gamas, para la toma de decisiones en el ámbito de las ventas, logística, servicio al cliente y navegación web.
- Control sobre la disponibilidad de la gama (Total / Campañas / Surtidos clave TOP / VP).
- Garantizar la disponibilidad de los productos en surtido mediante la gestión y seguimiento de pedidos a proveedor.
- Detectar y prevenir roturas de stock y ventas perdidas.
- Detectar y prevenir referencias con baja rotación y elevado alcance.
- Construcción y planificación del forecast de ventas.
- Revisar el forecast de ventas, de stock y de compras juntos con el equipo de ventas online y el planner.
- Supervisar los níveles de stock la web, su antigüedad y rotación.
- Control y seguimiento de los almacenes no vendibles.
- Planificar pedidos de folletos y campañas.
- Coordinación con Supply Chain para las entregas de mercancía prevista y su priorización.
- Elaboración y análisis de reportes sobre el Performance del negocio con relación a KPIs operativos
- Aportar información y análisis al negocio de cara a la correcta toma de decisiones
LO QUE ESPERAMOS DE TI
- Preferiblemente formación en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Ingeniería o estudios afines.
- Office avanzado.
- Inglés nível medio en conversación y vocabulario técnico de área.
- Experiência previa en los ámbitos de responsabilidad antes detallados, planificación del stock y disponibilidad de productos, así como optimización de procedimientos.
- Conocimientos de Power BI, Datastudio y/o Tableau
- Persona con capacidades analíticas y orientada al aporte de conclusiones al respecto
