YOUR TASKS
Supporting project engineering and sales engineering to find the best controller design for the customer and grid operator requirements in special projects 2nd level support windfarm controller topics in PM Area of responsibility: support of wind farm controller, controller interfaces and preparation of grid code testing Regular contact and communication to the clients' experts to elaborate project-specific requirements, testing and solutions Gain experiences of windfarm controller projects Support of negotiations with customers, subcontractors and suppliers Testing and improving processes within the Windfarm Control Operations department together with the department leadsYOUR PROFILE
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or other equivalent technical education Several years of experience in Wind Farm Control projects Broad knowledge of wind farm controller tools and processes such as: Grid operator interfaces and customer interfaces like Hardwired, Modbus TCP, IEC , IEC , OPC UA, DNP3 Root cause analyses tools like Wireshark PLC commissioning Grid Code Testing PCMS - Parameter Configuration and Management System Certificate to act as electrically skilled person (German: Elektrofachkraft) is helpful Knowledge about wind turbine technologies is beneficial Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented working Very good communication skills, strong planning- and organizational skills Fluency in English is required, good Spanish and/or German and other languages are an added value Intercultural understanding, ability to work productively in multitask teams and team player attitude Willingness to go on business trips (up to 10%)YOUR BENEFITS
