About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities in the Role:
Invoice Review and Processing: Validate all invoices with required documentation prior to processing.Data Entry: Ensure precise and timely data entry for invoices and general ledger entries.Vendor Account Reconciliation: Conduct accurate reconciliation of vendor accounts.Vendor Account Management: Efficiently establish and maintain vendor accounts.Dispute Management: Track, investigate, and resolve any disputes efficiently.Month-End Closing Activities: Support in closing activities to maintain seamless financial operations.Desired Qualifications:
Education: Hold a qualification in Finance and Accounting.Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and SAP.Data Entry: Strong skills in accurate and efficient data entry.Mathematical Skills: Capable of performing basic mathematical calculations.Attention to Detail: Possess a sharp eye for detail with a focus on precision.Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and verbal English and Spanish.Offerings:
