What is Sage IGNITE?


Sage IGNITE is a two-year programme that will develop your skills in key technical capabilities including Product Thinking, Design Thinking, Agile Fundamentals, and Leadership.

These skills will support your ability to adapt for the future and grow into future leaders of technology or teams.

What are we searching for?

We are seeking passionate and motivated graduates who are interested in kickstarting their career as Graduate UX Designer.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in interaction design, research methods, user flows, journeys, prototypes, and a genuine passion for designing and delivering products and services that delight our users.

As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and be an integral part of our design team.

You'll receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals, allowing you to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Responsabilidades principales Your role will involve:

INTERACTION DESIGN:
Create compelling screen flows, rapid prototypes, layout patterns, information architecture, wireframes.

VISUAL DESIGN:
Production of high-fidelity pixel-perfect visual designs, and key states treatments.

USER RESEARCH:
Building relationships with users, recruiting participants, scheduling and facilitating moderated and unmoderated, quantitative and qualitative research.
Iterative usability testing, field visits, contextual enquiry, focus groups, and surveys.
Bringing customer stories and experiences to life for employees across sage.

Metrics and measures for evaluating User Experience.

Requirements:

  • A relevant business degree, or an alternative degree supported by a keen interest in pursuing a career in UX Design.
  • Understanding of interaction design standards, processes, industry best practice, and trends.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • English is a must
