Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager with a strong background in e-commerce to join our dynamic team.

This individual will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with key e-commerce clients, driving revenue growth, and strategically expanding our market presence.

Tareas

Responsibilities:

Key Account Management:


  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key ecommerce clients.
  • Understand client needs and proactively identify opportunities for valueadded solutions.
  • Drive customer success, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Business Development:


  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence within the ecommerce sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Strategic Planning:


  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans for market expansion and client acquisition (set annual sales and EBITDA targets).
  • Spain portfolio, pricing and promo strategy. Trade terms national
  • Media strategy and planning for consumer business. Consumer creative working with VIS-ID from HQ.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.

1. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of services.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to address concerns and drive solutions.
  • Direct report to the CEO in The Netherlands.

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and potential to transition into a Country Manager role.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in initiatives geared towards assuming broader managerial responsibilities.

Requisitos:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management within the ecommerce industry.
  • Ideally worked for one of the large CHC players and have had extensive training.
  • Spain media planning and execution experience
- more performance marketing than traditional media. Full experience across the digital marketing funnel. Understands and applies best practice. Constantly learning.

  • Strong understanding of Vendor Management Systems or related technology solutions is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial are key charachteristics. Will thrive in PE backed environment.
  • Empathetic to the HCP/Therapist core of the business.
  • Strategic thinker with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Good collaborator who will build effective relationships with Centres of Excellence in NL to get disproportionate support.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
  • Fluent Spanish and English are fundamental.
