In the Custom Programs department at IESE Business School we are looking for a person to manage Custom Programs marketing and branding focus and most importantly a pro-active Business Development Plan.

The job will include following up regularly on a target list of companies, event planning, invitation management and holiday campaigns.

The manager will support the international team located on approximately 7 different campuses and offices around the globe.

The person occupying the position will have the opportunity to get to know in depth the organization of custom programs for companies and the international market potential for executive education.


The Custom Programs Barcelona team has members of various nationalities, with a lot of energy, a desire to learn, and an enormous commitment to the client and faculty members.

We are looking for someone willing to work very closely with all of us, with a high degree of trust, camaraderie and collaboration while being able to be in contact with the client in a very international environment.

Main Responsabilities

  • Create with the support of the custom director and team a proactive business plan and lead the followup and implementation
  • Lead Business Development and client protocol: market research always in coordination with the different areas of IESE, invitation campaigns to key events such as Coaching Symposium, Industry meetings, Leading People Summit, GAR, etc. In addition to supporting in the relationship management of current clients related to event invitations, Christmas mailings, etc.
  • Prepare statistics and control metrics to evaluate sales projects
  • Confirm compliance information data in systems: Salesforce, budget estimates, dropbox, etc.
  • Lead the information and processes for the preparation of: rankings, unicon survey, annual report and other reports requested by clients (eg: sustainability metrics "EcoVadis" of Henkel)
  • Prepare reports/Data quality: Scored card, faculty extra effort (quarterly), update costs annually to be able to make budgets
  • Execute market studies, taking into account different industries, countries and cultures.
  • Collaborate in the distribution and followup of leads
  • Produce the different sales tools, including HTML editing, videos, brochures and website
  • Maintain the teams business development templates and develop new partner caselets for business development purposes
