Desde Mur&Partners ofrecemos una posición como Area Sales Manager para una compañía industrial perteneciente a un importante grupo empresarial.

MISIÓN

En dependencia del Director Comercial, la misión del rol será la de detectar, captar y desarrollar nuevos mercados dentro de la zona asignada, así como el seguimiento, el mantenimiento y la fidelización de la cartera de clientes, con el objetivo de ampliar la cifra de negocio de la compañía, a través de la comercialización y venta de los productos de la empresa en el mercado de influencia.


FUNCIONES

Análisis y detección de oportunidades en la zona de influencia establecida, como también el contacto y la captación de nuevos prospectos, estableciendo negociación con éstos, para abrir y desarrollar mercado y vender los productos de la empresa.

Diseño, ejecución y desarrollo del plan de negocio establecido.

Realizar el mantenimiento y la fidelización de la cartera activa, así como potenciar el crecimiento de dichas cuentas dentro del mercado de influencia.

Prospección de mercado, tanto de nuevos clientes como también de distribuidores y compraventa.

Establecimiento de las previsiones de ventas, desglosando los objetivos a conseguir por productos y países.

Desarrollo de la cifra de negocio establecida manteniendo los márgenes previstos.

Ejecución de la estrategia comercial de la división siguiendo las directrices de la Dirección Comercial.

Efectuar el reporting periódico de la actividad, de los presupuestos, del nivel de precios y del de la competencia, de sus cuotas de mercado, de los litigios con los clientes...

Realizar un reporte periódico de los pedidos realizados, de la consecución de objetivos, del análisis de desviaciones y de la propuesta de acciones al responsable.

Crear y mantener relaciones interdepartamentales para verificar y ofrecer una alta calidad de servicio al cliente.

Alimentar la base de datos (CRM) para mantenerla siempre actualizada.

Viajar a los diferentes países para realizar las funciones comerciales, así como asistir a eventos y ferias para conseguir nuevos clientes.

Asegurarse de transmitir una imagen profesional al cliente y reflejar los valores corporativos de la empresa.


REQUISITOS

Muy valorable titulación superior en Ingeniería o ADE.

Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Area Sales Manager internacional en el sector industrial.

Aportar experiencia comercial consolidada en el ámbito industrial y conocimiento de Comercio Exterior.

Experto en Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point y Word.

Usuario avanzado de Programas de Gestión Comercial (ERP/CRM).

Conocimiento de español, inglés y francés de C1.

Disponibilidad para realizar viajes a los países asignados.
