Your role on our team
- Build, manage and set the direction of the knowledge management framework and build knowledge management champions.
- Coordinate knowledge strategy to support organization learning strategies
- Develop a robust roadmap strategy for implementing knowledge management that builds upon industry best practices and leverages available tools.
- Design knowledge distribution polices and oversee enforcement.
- Analyze the effectiveness of the knowledge management programs by creating KPI's, trends and reporting benefits and improvement opportunities.
- Develop training for internal and external stakeholders of the knowledge management system.
- Manage knowledge articles and maintain an audit schedule to ensure up to date content.
- Work closely with managers to do drive onboarding/training programs based on the knowledge gaps and engineer's needs.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Knowledge Management
- Proficiency in written and oral communications.
- Strong organizational skills (e.g., time management, communication, setting goals, delegation, working under pressure, selfmotivation, analytical thinking, and attention to detail).
- Demonstrated expertise in knowledge management tools, information management and content management strategies
- Demonstrated experience as a selfstarter and ability to critically think at the operational level to determine and recommend knowledge management practices for implementation
- BS/BA in computer science, information technology or related field preferred
- Previous experiencing leveraging ServiceNow Knowledge Management systems.
- Previous experience in structuring onboarding/training is a big plus
- Previous experience in education / training space is a big plus.
- Must have advance written and oral English proficiency.
