Our Business Development Manager is able to lead our initiatives to expand our market. This will be done through educational initiatives for companies that are still defining their needs and then by proactively managing the more mature opportunities.

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the generation of a pipeline of opportunities through their own network, cold calling, participation in events, follow-up of leads generated by marketing and any other origination activities.

Also, will own the sales process, from generation of proposals, pricing and contract negotiation across all medical and security services solutions.

The figure will be in charge of representing International the company at required trade shows, conferences or specialized forums.

Job responsibilities

To ensure the professional standards of all written all client proposals, tender documents and communication is adhered to, in line with company standards and pricing procedures.

Be present and visible in the International Organizations market.

Build credibility by communicating trust, morale and professionalism with all customers by understanding the needs of the customer and recommending the appropriate solutions to meet these requirements.

Develop together with the management team a sales action plan to achieve monthly & annual sales and business targets for new business and cross selling targets.

Co-ordinate all administrative and financial activities involving the accounts including, renewals, contract review, pricing, invoicing and AR collections.

Provide weekly and monthly sales and pipeline reports in-line with Location, Region and Global requirements through effective use of CRM software.

Assist in conducting workshops and symposiums, networking events within allocated industry sectors to increase awareness and services available.

What are we looking for?

Educated to Degree level.

Experience in a Business Development or Consultative Sales role in solution selling, business-to-business environment and/or service sectors. Must have a "hunter" mentality to developing new clients and exemplary level of customer care and focus in account management to drive extension business.

Able to demonstrate a proven track record of profitable sales growth.

Evidence strategic sales skills with well developed influencing and negotiating abilities. A natural networker with the ability map out key account plans and effectively upsell into current accounts together with establishing a pipeline of new client prospects.

Project management exposure.

Experience of successful tendering and contract proposal writing skills.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously.

Good strategic thinker with strong planning and organization skills who has the experience to develop solutions by adopting a consultative sales approach.

Fluency in Spanish and English.

Cultural awareness and international sales experience
