OPERARIO/A QUÍMICO

Misión

Reportando al Senior de la sección de producción, sus funciones son: realizar las tareas necesarias de producción por la obtención de los productos en la cantidad, calidad y tiempo previstos, teniendo en cuenta las Normas de Seguridad de la Compañía.


Funciones principales y responsabilidades básicas

Responsabilidad sobre la realización de todas las tareas de su área de trabajo: carga, seguimiento de los procesos productivos y de envasado para mantener las variables de control dentro de los límites indicados.

Supervisar que las instalaciones de su área de trabajo se encuentren en las condiciones técnicas adecuadas de seguridad, operatividad y limpieza.

Se responsabilizará de que las instalaciones se entregan al final del turno en las adecuadas condiciones de orden y limpieza.

Cumplimentar toda la documentación necesaria en lo referente a las órdenes de fabricación, de seguimiento, check-list, etc., de su área de trabajo.

Asegurar el correcto traspaso de toda la información durante el relevo.
Todas las responsabilidades inherentes al puesto de trabajo.

Conocimientos y habilidades
Comprender los procesos relevantes, la química y el equipo utilizado para llevar a cabo la producción.
Comprender cualquier sistema informático que controle las actividades de la planta.
Entender la importancia de trabajar bajo instrucciones y proponer mejoras a las mismas.
Para registrar y comunicar datos con precisión en papel y sistemas informáticos (por ejemplo, SAP).
Identificar y resolver problemas que surgen de las operaciones de la planta.
Tener conocimientos adecuados de análisis químico para realizar un control de proceso básico.
Se valora conocimiento de normativa GMP.

Requisitos esenciales
Enfoque proactivo en todos los aspectos relacionados con la Seguridad y la Calidad.
Trabajar a 5 turnos.

Deseable
Formación profesional en Química Industrial o similar. O bien experiência asimilable en planta química.
