Role:

We are currently looking for an expert in SFSF Lead Time-off - Time Tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and execution of Time-off - Time Tracking related client workshops
  • Overall solution design and ability to perform as a solution architect
  • Manage, lead, and mentor other consultants
  • Provide functional and technical advice to clients in SuccessFactors design
  • Lead workshops with clients, manage expectations, and communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Strategic advice on SuccessFactors functional applications

Requirements:

  • Extensive expertise in Time-off - Time Tracking with over 3 years of experience
  • Deep knowledge of Time-off - Time Tracking
  • Strong Functional knowledge of Employee Central and Business Rules
  • Involved in a minimum of 3 End-to-End Time-off - Time Tracking implementations
  • Certification in Employee Central and/or Time Tracking

Nice to have:

  • Experience in implementing ECP functionality, replication, mashups
