TUS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Control diario de las recepciones en el almacén y resolución de incidencias
  • Control diario de las diferencias de stock en almacenes y sistema
  • Gestión de facturas de servicios logísticos
  • Apoyo en el balance de stock entre los diferentes almacenes
  • Gestión de recogidas en las plantas de fabricación locales
  • Cotización de recogidas en plantas de fabricación a transportistas
  • Soporte al Manager en proyectos estratégicos del departamento

COMPETENCIAS

  • Autonomía, proactividad, iniciativa, compromiso y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico
  • Orientación al cliente y resultados

REQUISITOS

  • Carrera Universitaria en ADE o Ingeniería
  • Experiencia en funciones logísticas
  • Experiencia en empresas farmacéuticas (Ideal)
  • Experiencia con operadores y empresas de transporte
  • Experiencia en análisis de reportes y en proyectos de mejora
  • Excel avanzado - Conocimiento de Tablas dinámicas y fórmulas
  • Inglés (mínimo B2) hablado y escrito con fluidez
