The Job's Mission Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Product Specialist is responsible for setting up, rolling out and managing the business for the Foot & Ankle division in the North of Spain and Portugal.

This individual is responsible for supporting agents and distributors in the sales of the designated product or grouping of products.

The Product Specialist will provide customer support and teamwork with regional franchise, particularly through partnership with the sales teams.

About the Role Key Activities & Accountabilities:
Sell /demonstrate product lines within the operating theatre and clinical environment.
Provide customer service to existing customers while also acquiring new customers.
Plan, execute and monitor all measures necessary to guarantee achievement of regional sales budget.

This encompasses in particular:
Monthly Sales action plans coordinated with primary product sales teamCustomer care for hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultationOrganization and conduction of trainingIdentification of local KOLs, proposition of local action plansCoordination of the distribution and logistics of products with the support of the related managerRegular reporting to Sales Managers, of the development of sales, and adaptation to the circumstances of the marketAccomplishment of Sales Actions and control of hospital managementKnowledge of the range of products and their surgical techniquesSegregation of waste in your department

About You:
Outgoing and persuasive manner and ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or valuesConfidence and persistencePatience and self-motivationFlexible approach to work in order to adapt to changesStrong teamwork and networking skillsPositivity and a willingness to roll up the sleevesCurious and with a strong need to always learn and develop yourselfValid driving licenseQualifications/Experience: Required:

Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)Min 2 years of sales or marketing experience in Medical DevicesExperience working with medical implants, ideally in the orthopedic sectorStrong knowledge of the Hospital EnvironmentWork experience developed in the area of North & PortugalFluent level of SpanishExperience working with Surgeons in operating roomsDesired:4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing role working with lower extremities implantsFluent or conversational level of EnglishExperience working with Surgeons in operating roomsArea to cover: North Spain & Portugal.


Based location:
Any city of the regions of Asturias, Cantabria, Basque country, Navarra, La Rioja.
Travel percentage: 50% depending on the based location.
