MISIÓN DEL PUESTO


El/la HR Generalist se encargará de todo lo relacionado a la gestión de la selección, la gestión la formación, las políticas referentes a RRHH del grupo.


POSICIÓN EN EL ORGANIGRAMA

REPORTA A:
Directora RRHH corporativa.

RELACIONES CON OTRAS POSICIONES:
Dpto. Contabilidad, Dpto. Proyectos, Dpto. IT, Dpto. Comercial, Resp. Legal y fiscal, RRHH almacén y Operaciones de almacén.

FUNCIONES Y TAREAS PRINCIPALES

Gestión beneficios de los empleados:

  • Gestión de los cheques guarderías.
  • Visar las facturas del cheque guardería.
  • Gestionar altas y bajas de los asegurados a Sanitas (retribución flexible).
  • Visar las facturas de Sanitas.
  • Informar a la gestoría de las altas y bajas de Sanitas.

Asuntos legales:

  • Contacto con los abogados para resolución de consultas.
  • Preparación y presentación de papeletas de conciliación al CMAC / SMAC.
  • Preparación de documentación relativa a despidos.

Procedimientos:

  • Redacción de procedimientos de RRHH.

Selección:

  • Publicar oferta de trabajo.
  • Criba curricular.
  • Citación y realización de entrevistas.
  • Visar las facturas de los portales de empleo.

Formación:

  • Creación y actualización del plan de formación anual.
  • Búsqueda de acciones formativas acorde con las solicitudes recibidas.
  • Gestión de los trámites con FUNDAE (alta acciones formativas, control de costes, control asistencia, información de los participantes y cierre de las acciones formativas).
  • Seguimiento en la realización de cuestionarios que evalúan la formación.
  • Visar las facturas de las acciones formativas.
  • Impartir formaciones internas en materia de RRHH.

Evaluación del desempeño:

  • Organizar el proceso de recogida de información.
  • Impartir las formaciones específicas para el uso de la herramienta.
  • Recoger los datos de la evaluación.
  • Estudio de resultados.

Comunicación interna:

  • Confección, difusión, análisis y estudio de los resultados de las encuestas de clima laboral.

Descripción de puestos de trabajo:

  • Análisis y descripción de puestos de trabajo.

Encuestas:

  • Cumplimentación de las encuestas relacionadas con datos laborales.

Otros:

  • Preparación y organización de cenas de empresa o eventos.
  • Organización de la compra de los décimos de Lotería.
**Gestión y alcance corporativo a nível de Recursos Humanos de todas las filiales del grupo a nível España e internacional.

Requisitos:

FORMACIÓN:
Grado en Ciencias empresariales / Psicología / Relaciones Laborales.

Valorable Máster en Dirección y Gestión de RRHH.

EXPERIENCIA: 2 años de experiência realizando funciones similares.

OTROS:

  • Dominio del paquete Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Skype).
  • Sharepoint y Gestor Documental
  • Visual Time.
  • Portales de empleo (LinkedIn, Infojobs, Infofeina, Administraciones Públicas)
  • Disponibilidad para realizar entre 4 y 6 viajes al año (viajes entre una semana y 15 días)
  • Inglés: nível C1
