MISIÓN


Reportando a la directora de High Street, participará en el desarrollo y apertura de los planes de expansión de los principales retailers en HS, con objetivos de cierre de operaciones en el territorio nacional.


FUNCIONES

  • Consecución de los resultados estratégicos y de facturación del departamento y de la compañía
  • Elaboración y mantenimiento de los key plans de los principales ejes comerciales
  • Negociación y cierre de contratos de arrendamiento
  • Interlocución con las marcas del sector Retail
  • Captación de locales e interacción con las principales agencias del sector
  • Desarrollo de la red de propietarios de locales comerciales
  • Desarrollo y mantenimiento de las bases de datos específicas del negocio: marcas y propietarios
  • Soporte a la elaboración de propuestas comerciales para los pitches

PERFIL
Buscamos a una persona proactiva, extrovertida, dinámica, involucrada, con capacidad analítica sobre los datos relacionados con las tendencias del sector Retail y con orientación a resultados que cumpla los siguientes requisitos:

  • Formación Universitaria: ADE o Derecho
  • Experiência en HS de al menos 23 años
  • Valorable: experiência en Retail leasing y muy especialmente en operaciones
  • Conocimiento de la disponibilidad de los locales en las calles de actuación y operaciones off market
  • Conocimiento del mercado a nível nacional: de los principales ejes comerciales de capitales de provincia (High Street)
  • Conocimiento de los planes de expansión de las marcas (Inditex, Mango, restauración, cosmética, nuevas tendencias ) y contacto continuo con ellas
  • Inglés alto: nível mínimo B
  • Buen manejo del paquete Office
  • Carné de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar
