- Experiencia de 3-5 años en adtech (nivel técnico).
- Inglés alto requerido (mínimo B2).
- Implementación y gestión de plataformas de tecnología publicitaria (DSP, SSP, DMP, Ad Servers, entre otros).
- Supervisión de la integración y uso de herramientas y tecnologías de medición de campañas publicitarias.
- Optimización de campañas publicitarias basadas en datos y análisis para mejorar el ROI y alcanzar KPI establecidos.
- Colaboración con equipos de marketing, ventas y desarrollo para garantizar la correcta implementación de estrategias publicitarias.
- Realización de análisis de rendimiento y presentación de informes detallados sobre el desempeño de las campañas.
- Actualización constante sobre las últimas tendencias y avances en tecnología publicitaria y marketing digital.
- Identificación de oportunidades para mejorar estrategias publicitarias mediante nuevas tecnologías y herramientas.
- Gestión y resolución de problemas técnicos relacionados con plataformas y tecnologías publicitarias.
- Garantía del cumplimiento de normativas y políticas de privacidad y protección de datos.
- Se requiere título universitario en Marketing, Publicidad, Ingeniería Informática o campos afines.
- Mínimo de [X] años de experiencia en un rol similar en AdTech o MarTech.
- Conocimiento profundo de plataformas de publicidad digital y herramientas de análisis (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DV 360, Campaign Manager, Search Ads 360, GTM, META, TIKTOK, Lengow, entre otros).
- Experiencia en gestión de campañas programáticas y uso de plataformas DSP y SSP.
- Sólidas habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar datos complejos y métricas de desempeño.
- Familiaridad con normativas de privacidad y protección de datos (GDPR, CCPA, entre otros).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Capacidad para manejar múltiples proyectos y cumplir con plazos ajustados.
- Deseable experiencia en SQL, Python u otros lenguajes de programación para análisis de datos.
- Inglés alto (mínimo B2, posición internacional con reuniones en inglés).
Oportunidad laboral en oficinas de San Sebastián de los Reyes, con la flexibilidad de 2 días de teletrabajo a la semana. Además, posibilidad de crecimiento profesional en una destacada empresa multinacional del sector.
