Position:
LVMH Beauty Iberia is looking for a Purchaising Intern, which mission is purchase analysis: Price analysis (price structure) & benchmark of suppliers and
components.
- Search of new national and international suppliers.
- Negotiation of costs, terms and conditions.
- Monitor cost evolution: costs, trends, new suppliers, trade order to optimize purchasing policies.
- Preparation of negotiations with suppliers.
- Identify and manage suppliers in compliance with LVMH sustainability, quality and technical requirements, defining the timing of delivers and dealing the payment terms.
- Ensure the compliance with the agreed procedures and the respect of deliveries plans agreed with suppliers.
- Bring value creation to Internal clients, Marketing & Sales, via Purchasing strategies and Supplier Relationship Management.
- Ensure that every internal customer, department, management receives information at the level they need.
- Tendering and execution of the ad hoc projects assigned by Purchasing Director.
- Update supplier pool following LVMH standards.
Profile:
- Bachelor of Business Administration and Management, Economics, Business, etc., or in or other technical areas (engineering, architecture, mathematics, etc > No quisiera limitarlo solo a ADE y Economia, porque son interesantes perfiles con un nível un poco más alto de capacidad analitica, manejo de datos, excel)
- Advanced knowledge of Office (Excel, Power Point y Outlook). Data analysis tools in Excel are a plus (pivot tables, data filtering, etc)
- High level of English and Spanish.
- Organized person, with the ability to work on a team, analytical, oriented to the client and the retail sector.
- Enjoys working in different areas of expertise, dealing with different departments and individuals.
