Descripción del puesto:

El objetivo del Store Manager es maximizar las ventas de las tienda asignada para asegurar una excelente experiência del cliente, de acuerdo con los parámetros de costes y los indicadores KPIs definidos:

  • Maximización Sell Out
  • Respeto y mejora constante de los KPI de ventas (SPH, Sell Thru, etc.)
  • Implementación de las herramientas de Retail Excellence
Las actividades del Store Manager se pueden dividir en tres áreas de responsabilidad:1. Área de ventas

a. Proponer y realizar planes de acción, dentro de las directrices de la empresa, que garantizan la consecución de los objetivos de ventas a través de la supervisión y la mejora de los KPI

b.

Implementar las líneas guías, definidos por Visual HQ y Country, adaptándolos a la estructura y disposición de la tienda, en cuanto a:

- los escaparates
- y la exposición del producto dentro de la tienda

c.

Promocionar cualquier cambio en las pautas de Visual HQ, de acuerdo con el Visual Local, en función de la clientela de la tienda y los KPI de ventas.

d. Aplicar las pautas relativas a la Seguridad y Prevención de riesgos (control de la presencia de antirrobo, métodos de seguimiento del área de ventas, disposición de cámaras, etc.)

e. Desarrollar e implementar el " Modelo de relación " definido por HQ

f. Mantener un alto nível de profesionalismo en la comunicación con clientes y colegas.

g. Gestionar la relación con el cliente utilizando las herramientas de Clientelling puestas a

disposición por la empresa.

h. Promover nuevas estrategias de acercamiento al cliente y de Retail Excellence.

  • Operaciones de tienda
a. Aplicar correctamente todos los procedimientos de gestión de front y back house, definidos por la Sede

b. Realizar la programación de los turnos del personal de la tienda de acuerdo con las ventas esperadas maximizando SPH y manteniendo los costes laborales en línea con el Budget

c. Certificar, junto con los District Manager, la capacidad de contención del almacén de la tienda.

d. Avanzar cualquier propuesta de transferencia de mercancías, consolidación o integración de producto.

Proporcionar feedback cualitativos sobre las tendencias de ventas, la satisfacción de los productos y colecciones, los tipos de clientes y los eventos que impactan la tendencia.


  • Personal
a. Apoyar el proceso de selección y contratación del personal de la tienda en colaboración con RR.HH. y el District Manager.

b. Gestionar correctamente la relación y formación de sus colaboradores a través de las herramientas Feedback, Morning Brief y todas las demás herramientas dentro del modelo Retail Excellence

c. Asegurar el desempeño del proceso de evaluación de sus colaboradores en línea con la programación de la empresa

d. Apoyar a los District Manager y RR.HH.

en proponer planes de desarrollo o recuperación para sus colaboradores:

i. caminos de crecimiento

ii. cualquier acción disciplinaria

e. Fomentar un entorno laboral positivo y estimulante
