SEEKING :

Senior Administrator/ Workstation ManagerWe are looking for a Workstation Manager who will be responsiblefor the management, administration and support of user workstation environments(laptop + industrial devices), primarily running Windows 11 for the company(9000 devices).Your role will be critical inensuring that end-user computing systems are secure, performant, and operatingoptimally.

You will also manage Group PolicyObjects (GPOs) to ensure centralized and efficient administration ofworkstations.

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES? Workstation Administration andMaintenance:

  • Install, configure, and maintainWindows 11 operating systems on user workstations.
  • Manage updates and securitypatches to ensure system security and stability.
  • Deploy and manage necessarysoftware and applications for users.
  • Group Policy Objects (GPO)Management:
  • Create, configure, and maintainGPOs to standardize and secure work environments.
  • Troubleshoot GPO-related issuesand ensure compliance with company security policies.
  • Collaborate with security teams todevelop group policy management strategies
  • User Support:
  • Provide level 2/3 support forworkstation-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technicalincidents related to operating systems, software, and hardware.
  • Train and assist users to enhancetheir productivity and understanding of IT tools
  • IT Asset Management:
  • Track and manage the inventory ofworkstations and software.
  • Participate in purchasing andrenewing hardware and software licenses
  • Projects and ContinuousImprovements:
  • Participate in projects to improveIT systems and infrastructure.
  • Propose and implement solutions toenhance the efficiency and security of workstations.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE &SKILLS? Strong understanding of IS/ITdeployment methodologies and best practices.? Proficiency in project managementtools (e.g., JIRA).? Familiarity with system integration,data migration and IT infrastructure.? Proven experience in managinglarge-scale IT projects, preferably within a joint venture context.? Strong skills in project planning,execution and monitoring.? Certification in projectmanagement is a plus.? Strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities.? Effective communication andinterpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.


Language :

  • English is the program language(oral & written), Spanish is a plus

WE OFFER:
