UNITH is a leader in transforming customer journeys through cutting-edge conversational AI. We specialize in crafting lifelike digital humans using synthetic facial movement, voice engineering, and conversational design. With Digital Humans available in over 60 languages and over 600 voices, we are revolutionizing the conversational AI industry.
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated
Project Manager with expertise in training and onboarding to join our team at UNITH.
As the Project Manager for Training & Onboarding, you will be responsible for managing projects focused on implementing our conversational AI solutions in training and onboarding contexts.
You will work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and deliver customized solutions to enhance their training and onboarding processes using our AI-powered "Digital Humans".
Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of training and onboarding projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their training and onboarding needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams, including developers, designers, and trainers, to ensure successful project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively address any issues or risks that may arise.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
- Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to training and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on training and onboarding projects.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of training and onboarding methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Project Management, is preferred.
