Your opportunity:

  • Translates customer expectations/specification to internal quality requirements and ensures their actuality
  • Initiates and supports feasibility studies, tolerance development and planning of poka yoke
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of necessary failure mode effect analysis, content product audits and requalification
  • Supports the prototype production and delivery approval
  • Contributes to the development of test methods and equipment including concept approvals
  • Defines process relevant control plans including product and process characteristics amount others special characteristics
  • Conducts process audits within the Business Unit
  • First contact partner for all quality relevant items e.g. internal system audits and certification
  • Capacity planning and scheduling of AQEs for all PEP projects in Process "Acquire & Quote" and Process "Develop & Launch"
  • Forcing product relevant standards and fulfilment of internal processes e.g. releases of mile stones
  • Promotes a respectful work environment and recruits, develops and retains human resources to maintain a qualified, motivated and productive workforce. Leads by example and lives up to Benteler's mission, values and global leadership principles. Uses standard HR tools e.g. the appraisal process to provide regular feedback and agree upon tasks and goals with respective employees

Your personality:

  • A degree in engineering with experience in the quality department of a manufacturing automotive company
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Sound analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Assertiveness, goal orientation and strong communication skills
  • Very good MS Office and SAP skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English
  • Willingness to travel internationally
