About the role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will represent the voice of the customer to ensure our teams continue delivering top-notch products that advance the way we pay, bank, and invest. This role involves working as part of a team in a scrum environment, requiring self-motivation, proactivity, and creative thinking.

About the team:

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting in creating and maintaining standard PaaS documentation
  • Assisting in creating and maintaining PaaS model bank
  • Functional impact assessment of new product releases/model bank releases on the PaaS solution – in collaboration with senior team members, Core product BA, and Product Owner
  • Functional onboarding of all customers
    • Assisting with elaborating functional designs/flows with customers
    • Conducting customer-facing workshops to discuss configuration options and their impacts
    • Compiling onboarding documentation, including technical endpoint configuration details, etc.
    • Supporting customer interactions through various customer-facing teams throughout the project lifecycle

What you will need:

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and a grasp of end-to-end systems development life cycles
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience – a master's degree is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Conceptual thinking
  • Ability to collaborate within a team
  • Deadline-oriented, with a focus on goals and objectives
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Enthusiastic, approachable, superb communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in software development and/or requirements management processes in a product development context is advantageous
  • Any demonstrated experience with agile teams and backlog management processes is beneficial
