Join our Team as a New Developments Consultant in Barcelona

We are excited to welcome a skilled and proactive New Developments Consultant to our dynamic team in Barcelona. In this role, you will play a vital part in our New Developments team and the broader Commercial team.

Founded in Barcelona in 2005, our company is known for its innovative approach to luxury properties, along with a strong emphasis on reliability, integrity, and extensive market knowledge.


  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ongoing communication and collaboration with developers
  • Maintenance and update of project information
  • Ensuring alignment in project marketing strategies
  • Supporting sales teams with relevant information
  • Assisting in sales pitches and presentations
  • Market research and analysis
  • Building financial projections
  • Development of marketing plans
  • Assisting in the sales cycle of ND units
  • Identifying new build/renovation projects
  • Creating a network of contacts with developers and construction companies
  • Participating in the launch of new projects
  • Staying updated on local and international market trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in real estate
  • Deep understanding of the Barcelona real estate market
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Knowledge of real estate legal and financial processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and Excel
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
