- Create specific purchase orders related to the procurement department and recurring purchase orders based on annual service contracts with monthly or quarterly service delivery.
- Monitor and followup of purchase orders (Incident management) and service/goods receipt, in direct contact with purchase requesters.
- Support to our SAP Ariba users to resolve incidents and queries.

Vehicle Fleet:
Being the point of contact for new acquisitions, renewals, contracts management and related corporate fuel payment cards.
- Create benchmarks and RFQs (request for quotations) for products and services and negotiate savings.
- Participate in smaller projects as a procurement representative. Some of them may include cooperation with other countries and corporate procurement teams.
- Create new supplier requests to our Central Master Data Management Team and ongoing monitoring of the Suppliers Database.
- Provide full support for contract management in an electronic document management system; monitoring services and terms, and leading renegotiation.
- Help in the implementation and follow up of new policies, procedures and controls. Ongoing updates in our procurement ePortal.
Experience & Further Qualifications:
- Proven procurement topics experience and knowledge of what the procurement responsibilities, systems, and procedures are;
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills;
- Business and results oriented, a decision maker with effective communication skills;
- Proactive attitude, able to identify improvement opportunities and trace the plan to achieve them;
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Desirable experience with SAP and SAP Ariba;
- Willing to enjoy while working and to build a great environment.
